Liz Miles from The Edge Real Estate has been property manager of my townhouse in Coffs Harbour almost 2 years.
I would thoroughly recommend Liz to anyone looking to rent their property. She is friendly, yet very professional and a great communicator.
I have had two tenants during the time the property has been rented and she has kept me continually informed of the status of securing tenants and the maintenance of the property.
Inspections were held regularly and the reports and photos forwarded on to me. If anything required attention, it was addressed immediately.
Liz treats the tenants with fairness, courtesy and consideration but states that it is her job and responsibility to do the best for her landlords, which she exemplifies constantly.
I am very happy and appreciative of the manner in which she has managed my property.

Due to personal circumstances I found it necessary to cut back on my workload. Having delivered the management of our properties to Liz Miles and Kimberly Stewart of The Edge Real Estate I have been able to enjoy the benefits of residential rental property without the pressure of self management.
