We recently purchased a property that Tim had been engaged to sell. Dealing with Tim was a pleasure: he was easy to contact when we needed to, and worked with us and the vendor to enable us to have a contract on the house only 4 business days after it was listed, including making himself available for a building and pest inspection and a property inspection from us, which involved travel from interstate to see the property. During an extended settlement period, Tim called regularly to check whether we needed anything and ensured that the vendor was appraised when we realised that we would need to delay settlement for a week. He also provided fantastic recommendations for tradies and other services that we needed once we moved into the house, which was invaluable given we had not lived in the area previously. On top of all this, Tim is a really nice human being. Can't recommend him highly enough.
